Important Info

Explorers, please read below carefully all rules and regulations of Discoveries Festival
  1. Discoveries Festival is a licensed, over 18 years of age event.
  2. Any ticketing issues must be addressed to the ticketing company.
  3. There’s no public relations selling tickets.
  4. You must present your ticket to enter in the festival.
  5. Our staff will be at the event to deal with issues such as tickets not received or lost. In this case, you have to present your ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets.
  6. All tickets will attract a booking fee.
  7. Ticket presented at the gate must match the ID of the ticket holder. If you need to change holder’s name, contact the ticketing company.
  8. Tickets are non-refundable.
  9. No pass outs will be issued, therefore you cannot re-enter at Discoveries.
  10. It is a condition of entry to allow the ticket holder to have their bags, clothes or any other possessions searched by security/police.
  11. Anyone deemed to be intoxicated, displaying anti-social behaviour (including aggressive dancing or stage diving) or breaching licensing laws will be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.
  12. Anyone attending the event does so at their own risk.
  13. All attendees know that Discoveries doesn’t accept cash and all money transactions will be with Debit/Credit Cards or MB WAY.
  14. Attending Discoveries, you accept to show up in an aftermovie or in post festival photographs, which might be published in our social media or artwork.
  15. Professional cameras are not allowed in the event space without the consent of the promoter and will need to carry accreditation, however small cameras and phones will be admitted.
  16. Neither the promoter or venue owner will be liable for any injury, loss or damage caused at the venue.
  17. In short, Discoveries Festival will proceed rain or shine.
  18. Please follow the directions of security in the event of an emergency situation.
  19. Any ticket found to be re sold for profit will be deemed invalid and the holder maybe refused entry.
  20. Despite the ticketing company can re sale, you can not resell tickets on third party sites.
  21. By purchasing tickets for Discoveries Festival, you accept all these rules and regulations.
